Load In:
7:00pm for all bands.
Sound Check:
SUN-THURS:
Opening bands only ones to sound check. All other bands will line check.
FRI-SAT:
Closing band sound checks first, followed by opening band. All middle bands will line check.
Load Out:
Bands must wait until the LAST BAND has finished performing to load out. Bands are not allowed to load out during another band's set or set change. Bands may leave and come back later in the evening to load out.
Sound & Lights:
House sound and lights provided by Elbo Room.

Elbo Room understands that there are musicians that have their own tone/comfort level/branding with their gear. There are several reasons why we ask you to use our backline:
- Saves on clutter off stage
- Makes set changes quicker
- Allows bands to load out before end of night
- Makes load in easier/more manageable
- Elbo Room uses industry standard gear to help keep professional sound
- We want you to be able to drink and have a good time until close and not have to worry about loading out the drums/cabs up a flight of stairs

Pyrotechnics:
Absolutely no pyrotechnics/open fire inside venue or on stage.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Elbo Room.
Show Announcements:
Print ad published week of show in Chicago Reader.
Ticketing:
Online tickets can be purchased at www.elboroomchicago.com (will-call).

BOARD MIX IN-HOUSE AUDIO RECORDING:
You can get a feed board mix AUDIO CD-R of your show at Elbo Room. You will
need to pay the sound guy $30 cash during load in (DAY OF SHOW) and tell him
which band you are in so he can be prepared to record you. Everything is
mic'd at the show (drums/amps/keys/vocals/etc). There are no refunds. POSTING OF ADVERTISING:
NO POSTING ON CITY OR PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!
This includes, but is not limited to, placing posters or stickers on light poles, mailboxes, newspaper boxes, billboards, etc. BANDS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FINES RECIEVED FOR VIOLATING CITY CODE. ELBO ROOM will not be responsible for any citations issued by the City of Chicago for posters utilized in an illegal manner. For more info:
